We need to know the airline, flight number, departure city, arrival time for airport pickup as well as the hotel or cruise ship you will be transferred to. Your chauffeur will be will waiting for you with a sign with your name on it outside baggage claim.

Miscellaneous details

Churches including Vatican Museums: Dress code! No bare knees, no bare shoulders! This is variously enforced (like everything in Italy), the more important the site, the more vigorously enforced.
Unless explicitly stated (for example food/wine tours), meals and taxis are not included in the tour price.
Tickets are included when paid for as part of the tour (check the details icon for any tour description) and will always be listed in your invoice and receipt.
