Your chauffeur will be waiting for you at the exit gates of the train station holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see them, do not leave the area, they will find you. We will give you a 24-hour phone number to call in case you need to let us know about changes in travel plans. When booking a transfer please be sure to fill in, on the itineraries page, your mode of arrival and your arrival day and time.

NOTE: This is the average cost for a transfer. Hotels that are farther away may cost extra. Just let us know what you are interested in and we can give you a quote!

For groups of four or more, it is important for you to let us know if you have more bags than one per person as you may need a larger boat.

The cost of a transfer by taxi and then by boat from Mestre to a Venice hotel is: 115 euros for up to 6 people.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

To be picked up by car at the Venice Airport and transfered to Piazza Di Roma, Venice the cost is: 75 euros for up to 6 people

To be picked up at the Venice Airport by car and then transferred by water taxi to your hotel, the cost is: 143 euros for up to 6 people.

Miscellaneous details

Churches including Vatican Museums: Dress code! No bare knees, no bare shoulders! This is variously enforced (like everything in Italy), the more important the site, the more vigorously enforced.
Unless explicitly stated (for example food/wine tours), meals and taxis are not included in the tour price.
Tickets are included when paid for as part of the tour (check the details icon for any tour description) and will always be listed in your invoice and receipt.
